Job Description:

Our client, a leading fashion authority with 7 boutiques in Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, and a thriving online portal, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to achieve set KPIs. As a key player, you will develop innovative strategies to enhance the brand and product visibility, maintaining ROI & KPIs through data analysis on various ad platforms and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with set KPIs.

- Develop creative strategies to promote the brand and products effectively.

- Analyze, measure, and optimize ROI & KPIs by identifying trends and insights using ad platforms and analytical tools.

- Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and optimize user funnels.

- Prepare insightful reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Hands-on experience in ad setup and execution on various Ad platforms.

- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of handling large-scale budgets.

- Experience in e-commerce is a plus, along with a good sense of luxury fashion.

-              Strong Java background and backend Database experience

• Having good experience to manage PPC campaign for Google, Linkedin and Facebook
• Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC
• Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
• Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media especially in Linkedin, Google and Facebook
• Having good communication skills to attend overseas client meetings

• To design UI that carries wow effect
• Designing clean, professional looking UI to high standards, in a timely way
• Follow industry best practices when designing UI
• Design UI for Website, fluid/responsive mobile friendly designs.

• At least 2 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of React, Redux
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks
• Experience of React Native is added advantage

Required Skills :

• 4-6 years of overall software development experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with support of high-availability, high-performance, customer-facing web applications
• Expert in configuring and deploying multiple rails applications quickly
• Experience with collaborative code development in small agile teams and managing releases (Git, Continuous Integration, Capistrano)
• Experience building internal and external APIs and RESTful web services
• Strong foundation in Database ( SQL / Postgres )
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud-based infrastructure (Heroku/AWS)
• Outstanding understanding of software design and architecture

It will be good if you also have:

• Worked in a web startup before and been part of the core development during a high growth phase

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in the development and enhancement of an Open-Source SDK
• Be both an individual contributor with hands-on development responsibility, as well as a mentor and lead for a small developer team
• Contribute to the Open-Source community interaction, including participation in the discussion forums
• Review code contributions, review pull requests
• Create and maintain the documentation for the SDK
• Design and development a usable and functional Android reference app
• Hands-on Android development, including feature development, troubleshooting, debugging, problem solving and bug fixing
• Design and run your own unit test cases, integration test cases and test automation
• Analyze new requirements, investigate feasibility, suggest implementation options and estimate efforts timeline, dependencies and risks
• Collaborate closely with other development team members, including some being located at other parts of the world

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in the software development industry
• 5+ years of experience in Android development
• 5+ years of experience in Java and/or Kotlin, with strong programming and software engineering skills
• Good understanding of Android related programming patterns and OS facilities, including activities, fragments, views, lifecycles and UI components
• Experience with SQLite database development
• Excellent communication skills, especially written
• Experience in creating software architecture and design document, as well as externally-focused technical documentations
• Readiness to work in a global team with contributors from different backgrounds, skills and locations
• Experience in leading small technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or comparable relevant experience

Preferred Bonus Skills:

• Experience in Design and Implementation of RESTful APIs
• Experience in Database design and implementation
• High proficiency in Kotlin, including multi-threading and synchronization (Kotlin coroutines)
