You’ve done this before: built campaigns, tracked performance, tweaked creative, and pushed results until they hit. You’re equal parts strategist and executor — one day mapping out content calendars, the next deep in campaign analytics, figuring out how to squeeze 10x more out of the same budget.
You’re scrappy, creative, and fearless when it comes to experimenting. If the usual playbook doesn’t work, you’ll write a new one.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for tech products.
- Own campaign strategy end-to-end: targeting, creatives, A/B testing, budget allocation, and optimization.
- Craft and execute content strategies that amplify our brand voice across platforms.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance — and adapt fast when things shift.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and lead-gen teams to ensure campaigns drive real outcomes.
- Keep an eye on competitors, trends, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media marketing and campaign management experience, preferably with SaaS or tech products.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns that delivered measurable growth.
- Deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Analytical mindset — you don’t just run ads; you obsess over metrics and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics dashboards.
