
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Social Media Manager with strong content writing skills to manage and grow our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys writing, understands social platforms, and is eager to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media activities, and supporting brand and campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as:
- X (Twitter)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Content Writing & Creation
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content including:
- Captions for posts, reels, and carousels
- Short-form posts and threads
- Hashtags and CTAs
- Adapt tone and messaging based on platform and audience
- Repurpose blogs, articles, and marketing content into social media posts
- Coordinate with designers or video editors to finalize creatives
- Strategy & Performance
- Support social media campaigns and product launches
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Identify what content works and suggest improvements
- Experiment with posting formats, hooks, and content styles
- Brand & Collaboration
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all social platforms
- Work closely with marketing and design teams
- Assist in community engagement and brand-building activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content writing
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity
- Hands-on experience managing at least one social media platform professionally
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with scheduling and design tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- Buffer / Hootsuite / Sprout
- Canva (basic)
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

6. Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.
7. Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.
8. Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.
10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.
Requirements:
· 10-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training
· Qualification: Education in Mental Health
· Experience in Clinical Practice / Research
· Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult
· Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define and implement data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met effectively.
• Utilize Jira for task management, sprint planning, and tracking project progress.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.
You need to write scalable Python code for developing and implementing robust applications. You would indulge your dedication and passion to build server-side logic ensuring low-latency and high end performance. You should have sound knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
