- Willing to work in Night shift (6pm to 3am)
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow HR Application support
- Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept.
- Familiarity with tools practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, escalation management.
- Previous experience working with the ServiceNow Modules (HR - Case and Onboarding, ITSM, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Workflows Approvals etc)
- Min 2 year of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, XML, Json
- Experience providing SaaS support is desirable
- Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies
- Experience in L2, L3 support
- Databases understanding (MySQL, Oracle SQL etc)
- Good analytic skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work as a team member and deal with multi-task issues
- Experience in manual testing might be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in working in an Agile environment and good understanding of DevOps concepts
- ServiceNow administration/Developer Certification is a plus
