Job requirement and Skills

• Embedded development in C/C++ on Linux
• Experience with WiFI chipsets (Atheros / Qualcomm / Broadcom)
• Worked with WiFi drivers and WiFi stack
• Strong debugging skills

Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience
• Educational Qualifications: BE/ME
• Experience developing RRM, SON features in WiFi will be great .

Your Primary Responsibilities :

• You will be the first point of contact for customers via email & chat primarily, over the phone if it is required.
• Onboard new customers and help them digitalise their workflows in our software.
• Conducting training sessions for Users to ensure the right understanding of the Product
• Keeping a track of the Product adoption.
• Maintain a profitable relationship with the clients.
• Play a key role in sharing the voice of users with the rest of the team.
• Work with the product team to resolve issues, bugs, and feature requests reported by customers and to ensure that they are delivered and conveyed to customers.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team.
• Identify and report bugs & customer requests using JIRA.
• Owner of the Self-Help knowledgebase of GaragePlug.

As a front-end developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a
web app. A thorough understanding of all of the components of the company’s platform and
infrastructure is required. You will need to take ownership of your projects, which involves
detailing requirements after discussion with the Product Owner, building user interfaces,
developing and maintaining web apps with a focus on user experience

Skills/Experience

● Strong expertise with NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap and writing
cross-browser compatible code.
● Knowledge of NodeJS frameworks such as ExpressJS etc.
● Knowledge of Creating RESTful services with Node.js and Experience with Socket.io
● Good understanding of HTML Dom manipulation Technique                                                    ●Experience in tested & documented TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
● User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments
