Job Brief

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate scalable software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Develop web applications implementing MVT architecture using Django web application frameworks
• Write effective APIs
• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Should be able to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it
• Experience with Django, Flask, rest frameworks

• Work with server-side technologies including databases and MVC and MVT patterns
• Maintain version control system such as GIT
• Should know all the phases of SDLC from requirement gathering to support and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and system design
• Knowledge of LAMP and MEAN solution stacks
• Ability to develop front end website architecture and back-end website applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, XML, jQuery and LESS)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript framework like Node.js
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself 

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Strong architecture and design skills and keen business sense. -
• Ownership of projects and technical areas. -
• Strong core server-side technologies experience (Java), database design & performance tuning exposure. -
• Strong OO design skills, knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/ Spring Boot/ exposure to functional programming a plus. -
• Good knowledge of nodeJS/ noSQL a definite plus. -
• Good exposure to front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular). -
• Good exposure to configuration management, testing, deployment. -
• Deep knowhow of data structures, algorithms. -
• Hands on development across technologies.
• Exp- 6-8 years.
• Qual- B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science/ Equivalent) from a premier institute.

• Knowledge of multiple opensource back-end languages (e.g. Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js)

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB), web servers, and UI/UX design

• Well knowledge about Docker and other DevOps technologies

• Ready to adopt new technologies as per requirements.

• Perform closely with customers, product management, graphic designers plus usability experts to present compelling user experience.
