Job Summary:
We need a Senior Tableau Developer with a minimum of 4 years to join our BI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
· Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
· Work with SQL and data warehouses (Snowflake) to fetch and prepare clean data sets.
· Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business KPIs and reporting needs.
· Conduct unit testing and resolve data or performance issues.
· Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Tech. Skills Required:
· Proficient in Tableau Desktop (dashboard development, storyboards)
· Strong command of SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregation)
· Experience with large data sets and complex queries
· Experience working on any Data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
Position: Sales Development Representative (Pure Commission-Based)
Work Model: Commission-based (contract-to-hire)
Location: Remote (Everywhere)
Working days: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri)

Compensation:
The compensation for this role will be commission-based. Our payment structure focuses on rewarding successful lead conversions, meaning we compensate you only when your leads result in a closed sale and the client has paid us for our IT development and staff augmentation services.
Since we’re a startup, we can’t provide a basic salary or cover expenses for lead generation tools at the moment. However, we can offer you up to 20% of each project or contract. Together, let's collaborate for our shared success.

· Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other required shipping documents.
· Coordination with Buyers & Shipping Lines: Communicate with buyers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment and smooth documentation processing.
· Customs & Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and DGFT policies. Handle export incentives, duty drawbacks, and export obligations.
