Role & Responsibilities

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, problem-solving, and customer impact. You’ll embed with enterprise clients, understand real-world problems, and design and implement solutions using the company platform. This role is ideal for high-potential engineers from Tier-1 colleges who want to work on real enterprise-scale problems, gain full-stack exposure, and grow rapidly in a high-impact SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with client and internal teams to understand complex business processes, legacy systems, and integration needs.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions using the company platform across data, workflows, and GenAI/LLM use cases.
• Develop data pipelines, API integrations, and low-code apps to solve high-impact problems.
• Collaborate closely with company’s product and engineering teams to shape platform capabilities through real deployments.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-grade solutions with high ownership.

Qualifications - Required:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from Tier-1 institutes such as IITs, BITS, NSIT, DAIICT, DTU etc.
• > 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Qualifications - Preferred:

• Exposure to data integration, APIs, cloud services, or workflow tools.

• Prior internships in SaaS, enterprise tech, or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js (components, hooks, state management).

·        Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).

·        Integrate frontend and backend systems with RESTful APIs.

·        Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and query optimization.

Required Skills:

·        3–5 years of experience in full-stack development.

·        Proficiency in React.js (functional components, hooks, Redux/Context API).

·        Strong backend development experience with Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).

The Javascript engineer will be responsible for the developing features in Vyapar application. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive design, JQuery, React, database etc. concepts is critical

1. Building REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
2. Working on Flutter application development using various advanced strategies like state management, API integrations, and scalable databases
3. Working with Socket.io library for Flutter and Node.js product development
4. Learning and developing the cryptographic functions for product security
5. Managing product workloads on public/private cloud - we are currently on AWS & also planning to be on GCP/Azure (our platform would also be available as on-premise deployment, you will handle these deployments)
6. Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integration-al capabilities of the product
7. Work on using GIT and CI-CD for product version control and continuous delivery

1. Full Stack developer (Java/JavaScript): (experience 3 to 6 years) 

• Experience in designing multithreaded/concurrent/distributed systems.
• Experience in Java/Kotlin or JavaScript is required (3+ years).
• Experience in working on scalable non-blocking server side frameworks like Spring stack(2+ years)
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, Message brokers. ex: Postgres/MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis/Neo4j, Kafka (2 +years)
• Experience in Front end language and frameworks. JavaScript, must be an expert in one of the front end frameworks (ex: React) (2+)
• Understand cloud technologies and should have deployed applications or products in popular cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, MS Azure, etc (2+ years).

Optional:

• Experience with BigData is a big plus
