Software Development: Design, code & test high quality applications. 

Architectural Design and Planning: Collaborate with technical lead & architects to create the 

design & architecture of complex systems. 

Technology Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, 

and industry advancements. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and 

frameworks to drive innovation and improve our technical capabilities. 

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and 

coding standards. 

Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in existing systems and propose 

effective solutions. 

Code Review: Apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address 

software design and coding challenges 

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation

Key deliverables for the Backend Engineer would be to work on meaningful, large-scale initiatives with a focus on autonomy to build features, be a part of the core team, and give direction to the product.

• You will join a growing team of experienced developers building a cross-platform application, backend services and open platform
• You will work closely with our product team, teaming up in small cross-functional teams to bring features from idea to prototype to final implementation
• You will collaborate with your peers to define architecture, quality standards, and best practices and participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.

• You have 1+ years of experience as a software engineer at a SaaS or technology company, including familiarity with the different pieces of technology involved in building modern web applications
• You have a working knowledge of algorithms and data structures with space and memory complexities
• You are proficient in backend development and technologies. You should understand concepts of multithreading, I/O, messaging, instrumentation, and their implementation.
• You have knowledge of Messaging Queues (Kafka/RabitMq/SQS), Dynamodb, Elastic Search, Redis/Memcache/Elasticache
• You have experience in building RESTful APIs, Spring framework, and Mysql/RDS
• You deal well with constant change and high levels of ambiguity (we are a startup)

Job Responsibilities:
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Write well-designed, testable code
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
You will build robust secure and scalable micro-services to power the NoBroker platform for end customers.
● You will be contributing to NoBrokers customer success cloud and enable data-driven
decisions using bots, machine learning & artificial intelligence algorithms.
● You will be responsible to implement RESTful services with metric-driven KPIs. You will
be working closely with other team members to develop world-class reusable UI
components.

Primary Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. from a reputed college or related technical discipline with 2+years of hands-on
experience in the following Technology and programming methodology :
● Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
● Experience designing interactive applications
● exposure in building RESTful APIs, Hands-on working experience with the Scalable and
fault-tolerant application.
● Working experience with databases like SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB,
Redis, and elastic search)
● Provenance experience with any ORM tools like JEE, Spring, Hibernate.
● Experience with test-driven development
● Proficiency in the software engineering tool
● High adaptability in a dynamic start-up environment.

• 3+ years of recent hands-on Java development
• Java, Python, JavaScript programming languages
• Fluency with RESTful APIs, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS
• Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability of data intensive application
• Understanding of database fundamentals and advanced SQL knowledge
• In-depth understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
• Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development and continuous integration
• Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

What puts you over the top:

• Exposure to various technologies like Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes and also some frontend technologies like React.js, Node.js or other UI frameworks.
