Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to help us grow our presence across global markets. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our international business strategy, building strong client relationships, promoting Bhanzu’s educational offerings, and converting leads into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building: Engage potential clients across international markets, utilizing outbound calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Lead Conversion: Understand client needs, effectively present course offerings, and convert qualified leads into customers with customized solutions.
• Database Management: Create, manage, and update a client database within the CRM system for accurate and organized record-keeping.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of Bhanzu’s courses, constantly updating your knowledge to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Customer Communication: Respond to callback requests, handle inquiries, and maintain effective communication with potential clients.
• CRM Utilization: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools for efficient lead and client management.

Requirements

• Experience: Exposure in business development, international sales, or client relationship management, preferably in an ed-tech or related industry.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a global context.
• Tech Requirements: A laptop, Android phone, reliable power backup, and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS Wi-Fi speed).
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with the ability to meet targets under pressure.

Job Profile:

1. Manage all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, First Cry, Flipkart, Big Basket, Gofers and Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra etc.
2. Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
3. Should be an expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing.
4. Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to account health / Catalogue health.
5. Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility at different websites.
6. In coordination with logistics to ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
7. Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
8. In the need market, combo and discount strategy is to be designed for getting maximum sales.
9. Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
10. Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
11. Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
12. Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills

Experience: 1 – 3.5 years

Mandatory Skills 

• Should have good knowledge in Object Oriented Programming concepts. 
• Good knowledge in ASP.NET, MVC and C#
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS. 
• Good Knowledge in SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.

Desired Skills set:

• Create systems with .NET framework 4.x / ASP.NET MVC / SQL Server 2008-2016 / WCF / Web Services / WebAPI based on the design specification.
• Ability to create and optimize SQL Server 2008-2016 stored procedures.
• Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
• Knowledge on .Net Core is an added advantage.

Description:

• Understanding on performing analysis and design, and develop the small/large-scale systems.
• Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
• Tests the written programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
• Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
• Strong grasp of OO principles
• 1+ years of development experience in OO languages such as C# and MVC architecture.
• Sound knowledge of SQL and database technologies
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum

1. Build pixel-perfect UIs across Android and iOS mobile platforms.
2. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
3. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 
4. Developing and releasing complex, data-driven apps using React Native as the primary application framework. 
5. Proficiency writing Modern JavaScript, including ES6+, and JSX.
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Must be able to develop high-performance cross-platform apps using React-Native.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Java/C++ with 15+ years of experience developing production-level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models and their use in developing distributed and scalable systems
• 8+ years experience in developing complex and scalable distributed systems and delivering, deploying, and managing microservices successfully
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more of query processing or optimization, distributed systems, concurrency, micro service based architectures, data replication, networking, storage systems
• Experience in taking company-wide initiatives, convincing stakeholders, and delivering them
• Expert in solving complex, unknown and ambiguous problems spanning across teams and taking initiative in planning and delivering them with high quality
• Ability to anticipate and propose plan/design changes based on changing requirements 
• Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Hands-on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure, and GCP 
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes for orchestration and container management in private and public clouds (AWS, Azure,  and GCP) 
• Understanding of distributed file systems such as  S3, ADLS or HDFS
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for collaboration and teamwork

MUST Have

• 4-6 years of experience in application software development ( UI stack development )
• Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Proven ability to design and implement a complex (scalable and distributed ) application software on linux platform
• Hands on any of the language reactjs, Javascript
• Expert in software processes and tools ( Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins )
