About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor with a strong creative eye and hands-on technical skills. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging video content across a variety of formats — from high-impact short ads to long-form corporate and brand films. You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams and play a central role in shaping our visual storytelling. We need someone who is as comfortable with the details of sound and color as they are with cuts and transitions.

Responsibilities:

● Edit a wide range of video formats (social ads, reels, promos, interviews, explainers, documentaries)

● Lead post-production: editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final exports

● Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life

● Maintain consistent output quality, even under tight timelines

● Receive and implement feedback constructively and efficiently

Skills & Tools:

● Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including:

● Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

● Color Grading: DaVinci Resolve

● Sound Editing/Mixing: Adobe Audition, Logic Pro X, Audacity (or equivalent)

● Asset & Media Handling: Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Prelude, or similar

● Strong storytelling sense, pacing, rhythm, and visual clarity

● Understanding of different platform formats (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

● Experience with basic motion graphics or templates in After Effects

● Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Frame.io, Notion, Trello, etc.

● Prior agency or content studio experience is a plus

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 2D/3D Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3ds Max for interior and construction design projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions across residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and 3ds Max for interior and construction projects.
• Develop floor plans, layouts, elevations, and realistic 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand design requirements.
• Modify and revise designs based on feedback and project changes.
• Assist in site measurements, layout planning, and material selection.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of construction detailing and interior space planning.
• Strong creative, visualization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, or V-Ray is a plus.

Job Title : Lead Generation Executive

• 
  Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
• Understand the Products features of (cloud , SAAS, SAP ect...) services, and value proposition clearly
• Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities at your assigned    accounts
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
• Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and assign to the sales team

6.      Should be able to come up with good options for a concept/theme in addition to the design itself.   

7.      Should be able to created HTML5 ads for digital marketing campaigns      

Basic Requirements:

1.  Any Graduation or 10+2 if he has experience.

2.  Should have knack to design and create a superior designs without much external mentoring.

3.  Written and verbal communication skill. Should be able to write emails and should have conversations skills.

4.  Should have worked in teams plus been an individual contributor.

5.  Should have compulsorily work in IT industry.

6.  Should be able to show relevant examples from past experience."            

He/she should have minimum 3 yrs working experience on PHP, PHP Frameworks, Ajax, Knowledge on CMS platform like Open cart, payment gateway integration, experience working on portals.
