Mandatory Criteria

• Strong knowledge of React Native fundamentals — components, hooks, navigation, and state management.
• Ability to build iOS and Android apps from the same codebase.
• Experience with Expo SDK for building, testing, and deploying apps.

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Engineer with expertise in building scalable, extensible customer payment solutions, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, collaborating with other team members across teams to innovate current/new products; Identify, communicate and implement best practices for the engineering team. What you will do:

• Architect, design and lead the development of key software infrastructure, systems, tools and processes, ensuring high scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the product and other stakeholders across the company to solidify/ negotiate requirements and feasibility.
• Identify, influence and participate in making technical decisions that have a positive impact on engineering and business as a whole.

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science
• Experience: 7-10 yrs recent hands-on experience of working on scalable systems and a diverse set of products/systems.
• Experience with Java stack. Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting of services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Hadoop stack.
• Experience in System Design of complex Supply-Chain e-commerce systems, Algorithm design and their optimization is a huge plus.
• Strong working knowledge of any REST-based framework, OOPS, Design Patterns
• Expert level experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Professional Requirements:

• 2-8 Years professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Good understanding of high level and low-level design of distributed systems.
• Experience coding in any one of the following Java or Nodejs.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems on cloud infrastructure will be plus.
• Exposure to architectural pattern of a large, high-scale web application.

Requirement/responsibilities: To take a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project. Ownership of product/feature end-to-end for all phases from the development to the production. Ensuring the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns. Work closely with senior engineers for refining the and implementation. Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments. Participate in design and code reviews.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the Laravel framework. We use GIT for version control and the candidate must have experience in working in a team environment using tools like Github, Gitlab, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in Laravel Framework, and MySQL databases.

• Work experience in Azure IoT Suite: IoT HUB, Azure TSI, DPS, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure KeyVault, MCI/AKS, Azure AD
• Knowledge in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Knowledge in ReactJS, JQuery is a plus
• Good knowledge in SQL -preferable
• Must have worked in agile/scrum environment
• Good understanding of software development processes, preferably for a regulated medical devices environment (ISO13485/FDA)
