Senior Illustrator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative 2D Illustrator to produce engaging visuals for digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Create original illustrations based on briefs

Requirements:

• Strong illustration portfolio
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Good understanding of color, composition, and design
• Attention to detail and time management

Preferred:

• Experience in animation, gaming, or publishing 

* 2–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or branding

* Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop event themes and visual identities

* Expertise in logo design, key visual (KV) development, and brand language

* Design support for client pitch decks (graphics, layouts, infographics, mood boards)

* Creation of event branding and collaterals (badges, invites, standees, signage, etc.)

* Preparation of production-ready print artwork and vendor files

* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

* Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and print production

* Ability to work on multiple concepts with quick turnaround times

* Good coordination with Client Servicing and Production teams

Vector Artist — Job Description

Role Summary

Vectorize and adapt packaging artwork based on client references, briefs, or AI-generated concepts. Work ranges from clean vectorization of provided visuals to independent creative execution when only a description is given. This is a fast-paced role with frequent turnaround demands.

Key Responsibilities

Vectorize designs from references or AI-generated concept images

Where only a text description is provided, use independent creative judgment to design and vectorize from scratch

Adjust and resize artwork to match required print dimensions for jars, pouches, and other packaging formats

Prepare final print-ready package files

Design flyers as needed

Handle multi-flavor/multi-variant product lines given one reference design, replicate and adapt it across multiple variants (adjusting names, colors, and specific elements while maintaining brand consistency)

Manage multiple design requests simultaneously without compromising quality

Required Skills

Advanced Adobe Illustrator proficiency (vectorization, pen tool, path/shape operations)

Ability to work from loose references or written descriptions and translate them into finished designs

Strong understanding of print specs and adjusting artwork to different package dimensions

Consistency in replicating a design across multiple flavor/variant sets

Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Preferred Traits

Comfortable with quick turnarounds and shifting priorities

Self-starter who can move from brief to finished file with minimal back-and-forth

Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Experience Level: 2 + Years

Responsibilities:

● Create new and original designs from scratch.

● Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and obtain

maximum results

● Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of

the best

● Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence

in performance and delivery

● Supervise and mentor design staff on project execution, and submit performance report on

assigned projects to the executives for appraisal.

Requirements:

● 4-5 years of agency experience

● Degree in Design or in a related field from a recognized institution

● Must have team handling experience

● Have good knowledge of Social Media design theory

● Knowledgeable about Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design software

programs.
