Role Overview

Role:

This is a growth and revenue role, not a content creation role. And it is not a strategy-on-paper role either as YouTube & Social Growth Lead, you are the digital strategy lead for Swastik Stories. You will own the subscriber and revenue trajectory across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook — setting the strategy, executing in the trenches, co-owning the content calendar alongside the Marketing Lead, managing our YouTube CMS vendor, driving community engagement, and leading a small team. You will have a dedicated data analyst and a community manager supporting your work. The decisions, the direction, and the results are yours to own.

If you’re someone who reads a drop in RPM before anyone else notices, knows why a thumbnail A/B test matters more than a posting schedule, has grown a channel or community from the ground up, and can turn an analytics dashboard into a growth decision within the hour — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

YouTube Channel Growth

• Subscriber growth strategy and week-on-week execution
• Upload consistency — co-own the content calendar with the Marketing Lead and ensure zero-gap months
• Thumbnail strategy and A/B testing (in coordination with the design team)
• SEO across all uploads — titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, end screens
• Playlist architecture and homepage row optimisation
• YouTube CMS vendor management — brief, review, hold accountable

Revenue Optimisation

• AdSense revenue tracking — RPM, CPM, watch time, long-form vs. Shorts mix
• Mid-roll ad placement strategy and continuous optimisation
• Diaspora market activation — USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia
• Identify and close content-search gaps driving unmonetised organic traffic
• Facebook in-stream and Reels revenue management

Instagram & Facebook

• Reel and short-form strategy for discovery and channel conversion
• Cross-platform content adaptation strategy (repurposing, not production)
• Facebook page monetisation — Stars, in-stream ads, Reels bonuses

Community Engagement

• Own the community engagement strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
• Community engagement directly affects algorithm performance and revenue — this sits with this role
• Manage and direct the community manager who reports into this role
• Comments, polls, community posts, pinned content, subscriber interaction — all under this purview

Analytics & Reporting

• Weekly performance dashboard — subscribers, views, watch time, RPM, revenue
• Monthly revenue vs. target review for leadership
• Direct management of the in-house data analyst

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

•      5–8 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years directly owning YouTube channel growth metrics

•      Demonstrable track record — come prepared to share subscriber growth numbers, RPM improvements, or revenue milestones you personally drove. Numbers, not narratives.

•      Deep YouTube Studio proficiency: analytics, A/B thumbnail testing, monetisation dashboard, audience retention curves

•      Working command of Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram revenue

•      Strong data fluency — comfortable owning dashboards, reading trend data, and making channel decisions from numbers

•      Vendor management experience

•      Comfortable being hands-on — this role sets strategy and executes it. If you need a large team to implement what you think, this isn’t the right fit.

Skills And Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in back-end development with Node.js. ● Knowledge of Node.js frameworks 
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages 
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git ● Have worked in any of the cloud based platform AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Need to handle accounts payables, accounts receivables, treasury related transactions, Taxation, General Accounting
• Review and updation of GRNs in tally software
• Verification and processing of vendor invoices in tally software
• Posting of monthly material consumption entries in tally software
• Coordination and completion of inventory physical verification on a periodic basis.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and correct discrepancies if any
• Coordination and completion of Outward freight entries in tally software
• Ensure all the bills are received and accounted against advance payments made
• Verification of Purchase Orders and Process of advance Payments
• Reviewing the vendor bills/invoices of its accuracy before posting entries in tally
• Ensure proper approvals are available for all the expenses incurred
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to release the payment
• Ensure appropriate provisions are made to the extent of work done but bills not received
• Preparation of various MIS reports and variance analysis weekly and monthly basis as required by the management
• Co. ordination with Project/Lead Managers and HR Manager for Proper inputs of MIS
• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Preparation of Debtors and Creditors Aging analysis
• Responsible for the monthly closure as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account’s reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure all the statutory requirements met as required.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors for smooth audit closure.

We are looking for a blockchain developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, and building and launching a blockchain network.

Also, the Position requires maintenance & further development of the existing platform

• Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies

1. Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Ethereum, Solidity, Golang, Nodejs, Javascript, NFT, ERC Tokens, DeFi, DAPPS
• Strong software development background, Expertise in Rest API design and development.
• Experience working in NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and familiar with concepts of Cloud-based microservices.
