Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack with 7 to 12 years of experience in developing scalable SaaS products using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with microservices architecture, performance optimization, and cloud-native development, and is passionate about mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in building scalable SaaS products with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Technologies: Java (Mandatory), Spring Boot, ReactJS or any other JavaScript framework.
• Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and using mocking frameworks.
• Skilled in profiling services and debugging performance issues.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiar with data integration tools such as Pentaho Kettle or Apache Nifi.
• Ability to influence technical decision-making, with a strong focus on automation and security best practices.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy both front-end and back-end components of the product.
• Build and deliver highly scalable services using Spring Boot.
• Develop frameworks and accelerators to speed up development.

 Technical Requirements

• Design and implement microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create, manage, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and support junior developers on the team.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong database skills in PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of Flutter is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field
• At least 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years of software application design experience

• A full stack generalist with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java and Development of scalable Web Applications and Web Services

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and improve productivity
• Support in all phases of SDLC and ensure delivery of high-quality products
• Analyse business requirements and design/develop most effective technical solution
• Analyse and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion
• Work with other engineers in planning, prioritising and executing assigned tasks within deadlines

Required Skills:

• Must have experience of a minimum of 2 years as a WordPress Developer. (Required)
• In-depth knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, JS, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of WordPress coding standards.
• Ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities:

• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and building the website front-end and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Integrating a wide range of WordPress plugins, API calls, and third-party apps and forms.
• Researching and recommending new technologies and tools for effective integration across various platforms.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.
• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.

• Deep knowledge in designing and developing C# .NET based Web applications (MVC, Web APIs).
• Design, develop, update and maintain product
• Proficiency in managing SQL Databases and writing optimised queries.
• Should be able to work independently on a project
• Experience in at least one of the frond-end frameworks - jQuery / Angular / VueJS / Etc..

• Knowledge on AWS or Azure or similar cloud environment knowledge is nice to have
• SaaS based Product development experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Azure Functions or AWS Lambda is good to have
