Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile Graphic and Video Editor proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software. The candidate will create both static and motion visual content as per brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives as per brand guidelines using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.
• Edit videos on an as-needed basis as per brand guidelines using tools such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative needs and deliver visually appealing content..
• Play a significant role in the brand’s growth by taking leadership for all creative output of the brand, along with maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in softwares and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, CorelDRAW, iMovie, Figma, etc.
• Strong desire to excel and passion for creative work with an eye for attention to detail.
• Inclination to learn about principles of brand strategy & storytelling to be able to support brand growth. 
• Minimum 6-12 months of experience preferably with a consumer D2C brand, but freshers with strong portfolios and training are welcome to apply

Primary roles and responsibilities -

• Manage multiple interconnected projects, ensuring program goals are reached
• Develop and manage scope of the projects, deadlines and activities for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Strategize and implement key program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Identify key resource requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
• Build and execute projects that cut across various aspects of Business
• Work cross functionally to help influence change in getting ideas executed
• Build and lead communication plan and develop a reinforcement strategy across the organization
• Manage all aspects of the implementation including the human and cultural elements, and reinforcing collaboration
• Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques-
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation-
• Help people to design and model solutions for innovation .
• Coordinate all cross-functional activities, collaborate with leaders in varied areas on planning and execution
• Provide the skill and structure required to identify problems and improvement opportunities

• Experienced with MS office - Excel, Word and PPT
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Should understand the product development process - to enable projects to be converted into Products
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal

1. Understand PHP, JavaScript, and JQuery.
2. Have deep knowledge of working with the platform APIs.
3. Use version control for Shopify theme development.
4. Possess excellent soft skills, such as communication and teamwork.

• Having Engineering as bachelor degree is must

• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
