Role & Responsibilities

As a Staff Engineer at company, you will play a critical role in defining and driving our backend architecture as we scale globally. You’ll own key systems that handle high volumes of data and transactions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability across distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities-

• Own one or more core applications end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex, distributed systems, frameworks, and libraries aligned with company’s technical strategy.
• Drive engineering operational excellence by defining robust roadmaps for system reliability, observability, and performance improvements.
• Analyze and optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and efficiency, ensuring they perform at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Establish and uphold coding standards, conduct design and code reviews, and promote best practices across teams.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, frameworks, and patterns to strengthen company’s technology foundation.
• Contribute to hiring by identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong staff engineer profile
• Must have 9+ years in backend engineering with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices building large and schalable systems
• Must have been SDE-3 / Tech Lead / Lead SE for at least 2.5 years
• Strong in DSA, system design, design patterns, and problem-solving
• Proven experience building scalable, reliable, high-performance distributed systems
• Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/gRPC APIs, concurrency & async processing
• Experience in AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders
• Product companies (B2B SAAS preferred)
• Must have stayed for at least 2 years with each of the previous companies
• (Education): B.Tech in computer science from Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Hardware Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to see the inner workings of a startup from the ground-up and gain hands-on experience in hardware design and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to market research, product ideation, prototyping, and testing

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product designs.

- Attend client meetings and gain invaluable insight interacting with CXO suite executives and upper management

- Assist in the design and development of hardware components and systems.

- Assist in the creation and review of schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation

- Support in the selection and evaluation of components and materials for hardware projects

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in electronics and communications engineering (ECE), mechanical engineering or related field

- Strong understanding of basic electronics principles and circuit design fundamentals

- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad is preferred

Title: SAP BW Developer 

Start Date: ASAP 

Description:  

Experienced in BW Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications 

• Experience in designing and building core modeling artifacts in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, LSA++ architecture  
• Experience in implementing SAP ABAP and SAP AMDP scripting in BW transformations 
• Experience in using CDS views for data extraction into BW and for real time reporting 
• Experience in using user exits, field exit and BADI’s implementations 
• Experience in HANA architecture/design and data modeling - creating Schemas, Packages, Stored Procedures, Analytical Views, Attribute Views, Calculation Views.  
• Experience building hybrid data modeling solutions  
• Knowledge on HANA 2.0 features 
• Knowledge on SAP modules SD, MM, FI, Supply Chain 
• Experience in extracting data from non-SAP data sources 
• Experience in performance tuning of high volume and complex transformation scenarios 
• Planning and organizational skills, including ability to engage with multiple development projects concurrently and working to tight deadlines. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement solutions for the SAP Business Warehouse on HANA including Design Documents, Data flows, Data models  
• Develop customer solutions using core modeling artifacts in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, including enhancing the existing DataSources, creating generic DataSources when required 
• Create data models to support real time reporting 
• Extract data from non-SAP data sources 
• Design and implement SAP HANA info models using Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views Restricted and Calculated Measures, Input Parameters, Variables, Stored Procedures, CE Functions and SQL script. 
• Tuning jobs for high volume and complex transformation scenarios 
• Developing and executing advanced data profiling, data validation scenarios. 
• Adhere to BI/BW best practices and standards to maintain a stable Business Information environment 
• Monitor BW loads, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues 
• Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing 
• Maintain BW structures and support for ETL processes for data feeding in and out of BW

1. Engage and individually manage customers from inception of the project until the solution is live
2. Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered to the customers
3. Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project integrations and technical solutions from one to many technical applications
4. Determine the scope of the implementation technology solution and the resources required to successfully complete
5. Develop client requirements specifications for integrations, product extension and enhancements
6. Produce requirements specifications for the product management and engineering teams clearly articulating end-state requirements to meet customer expectations
7. Produce and manage client-facing documentation such as business requirements document, Gap document, Acceptance documents, solution mapping documents and so on
8. Ensure successful implementation/configuration of standard product suite and any additional customizations for each customer
9. Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks/activities
10. Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution
11. Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Passion to solve complex problems of agriculture in a dynamic start-up environment

• Prior experience of working in software Industry especially in the Agri Sector will be preferred

Expertise
