Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

 Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

 Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

 Implement security and data protection best practices

 Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

 4–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development

 Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java and Core Java

 Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, etc.

 Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture

 Strong experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

 Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

 Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Hands on coder: Leverages AI to drive implementation across Reactjs, Python, DB, UnitTest, TestAutomation & Cloud Infra & CI/CD Automation.

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures & algorithms, networking, RDBMS, and distributed computing
• 8-15 years of experience on Python Stack: Behave, PyTest, Python Generators & async operations, multithreading, context managers, decorators, descriptors
• Python frameworks: FastAPI or Flask or DJango or SQLAlchemy
• Expertise in Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs design, Authentication, Single Sign-on
• Experience in high performance delivering solutions on Cloud
• Some experience in FE: Js & Nextjs/ReactJs
• Some experience in DevOps, Cloud Infra Automation, Test Automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 4-10 years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Deep experience in Python with demonstrated ability to build modern products
• Experience in designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing secure and sustainable products with a focus on quality and scalability
• Experience in FastAPI, Django, or equivalent
• Experience in data modeling and efficient usage of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
• Experience with modern components like async python, pedantic, sqlalchemy, alembic, celery, google products API integration, etc. is a plus
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Experience in other programming languages is a plus, especially Javascript and/or Typescript
• Experience building feature-rich and scalable web apps is a plus
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software

Experience in Python (Only Backend), Data structures, Oops, Algorithms, Django, NumPy etc.

• Good understanding of writing Unit Tests using PYTest.

• Good understanding of parsing XML’s and handling files using Python.

• Good understanding with Databases/SQL, procedures and query tuning.

• Highly proficient in JavaScript and Typescript, PassportJs, Sequelize.
• Working knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJs, SailsJs, VueJs and  ElectronJs.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, Mustache etc.
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less,Sass etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Cucumber etc.
• Experience of writing unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience of working with SQL databases.
• Experience of integrating third party APIs.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
