1. 1+ years’ experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
2. Experience in customization, configuration, Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce pages with JavaScript and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench, MavensMate and SoupUI
3. In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com.
4. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
5. Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services
6. Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools is a plus
7. Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.
8. Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
9. Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
10. Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
Certification is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:
· Creation and implementation of an automation test framework to automate tests for a front-end AngularJS application, with a Microsoft Azure Service Bus message-oriented-middleware and Rest API following a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline, using Azure DevOps process implementation. Roles and Responsibilities
As an Escalation Associate, you will be at the front of handling and resolving customer complaints and Grievances from various touchpoints (Not Limited to Complaints, Social Media Escalations, Consumer Forum complaints, etc.). You will work with other departments and ensure closure and recovering a customer’s experience.
- Tracking all Customer complaints/escalations in real-time.
- Acknowledge all customer complaints, connect with customers (Over emails as well as on calls), understand the problem clearly, and assure a timely resolution.
- Coordinate and follow up internally for an end-to-end closure on each complaint handled.
- Proactively escalate cases that are about to breach standard TAT.
