We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
Why this role matters:
This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).
Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.
Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.
Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.
Qualifications:
ā 6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).
ā Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.
ā Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.
ā Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).
ā Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).
ā Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Counseling the students over the study abroad options & training products of Jamboree.
Being a part of the Inside sales team, the incumbent will be required to ensure maximum on-spot closures from the prospective leads.
