Job Description:

Suggestic Buildcon is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our real estate sales team as Real Estate Consultants. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable property options.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey — from inquiry to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 1 deal per month).

Probation Period:

• Duration: 3 Months
• Monthly incentive earning potential: ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000+
• Candidates must close at least 1 deal per month to become eligible for a full-time role.

Post Probation (Full-Time Role):

• Fixed salary offered based on prior experience and skillset.
• Continued performance-based incentives.

As a member of the team, you will work alongside our clients to help design and deliver Test solutions to meet business requirements and help to improve the effectiveness of the clients' software quality assurance process.

You should have extensive experience delivering testing services on commercial projects and possess extensive knowledge of agile practices.

You are a techie who is passionate about software quality. You take pride in being hands-on and constantly endeavor to meet/exceed the software quality expectations of clients.

You have 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance including some experience in automation.

You have exceptional analytical skills. While your projects may be extremely diverse in terms of their domain, scope, and requirement, you still must have the ability to comprehensively analyze those business problems and propose solutions accordingly.

You have led QA efforts on your projects. This means you've defined testing strategies, test effort estimation, worked on automation frameworks, coordinated with client teams and have been involved till the deployment of projects.

You are well experienced in bug reporting tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, and API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, etc.

8.

Experience in using automation tools like Selenium Webdriver/Cypress/Appium to automate enterprise software applications would be an added advantage but it is not a must-have.

You have excellent communication skills, task management skills, and client-facing capability and experience.

You have worked on Agile projects and can advise clients on implementing agile testing processes.

11.

Experience in using any BDD frameworks for responsive web applications or mobile application testing.

API integration testing would be an added advantage.

Regardless of your experience, you are hands-on with testing and would like to remain hands-on as well.

• Develop new-user facing features using React.Js and Redux, D3.Js
• Build robust, reusable, and easy to maintain components.
• Translate designs and mock-ups into high quality code.
• Work closely with the Support team and Product team to identify issues and bugs in the platform and fix it.
• Completely own the SDLC of your tickets. From dev to production.
• Talk to existing clients about platform bugs and ensure the bugs are fixed.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with React.js and Redux
• You are a well-organised self-starter with excellent communication skills
• You have thorough and demonstrable understanding of React.js and it’s core principles
• You have experience with code versioning (GIT) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Circle, etc.) tools
• You have ability to translate business requirements into high quality, high performance code
• You are familiar with RESTful API’s

• You have broad understanding and experience in Javascript based technologies

SDE-II (FE)

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from product management/UX teams and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance. 
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration and performance. 
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of AngularJS, ReactJS
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of git
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
• BTech/BE Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience

• Collaborate with Product Managers, CTOs & Engineering Managers to plan a Technical Roadmap aligned with the company’s product vision.
• Collaborate with Tech leads, CTO, Engineering Managers to execute the technical roadmap using Agile methodologies for product development.
• Break down the technical roadmaps into epics & user stories for smooth execution. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Work with development leads so that product requirements & estimates are well-understood.
• Collaborate with product teams to jot down the technical implementation requirements & engineering aspects of user stories & PRDs.
• Conduct meetings with customer support, marketing & product teams to maintain a roadmap for the internal team’s technical requirements

Payments & Finance

• With the help of engineering teams, build secure & robust payment infrastructures & systems.
• Help the product & tech teams build useful payment experiences, lay down the foundation for introducing lending & other financial services on the platform. Be an expert on multiple payment mechanisms & institutions governing the payment flows in the country.
• Research about the technical feasibility & implementation of Escrow Use-cases.
• Be updated with the latest Payments & finance technologies and service providers. Act as a “Subject Matter Expert” on all things Payments & Finance for our Tech & Product teams. Monitoring & Analytics
• Understand and analyze the flow of payments on the platform, build dashboards to track Payments Conversion Rate & Payments Success Rate. Run A/B tests and experiments to improve PCR & PSR.
• Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, evaluate sprint reports & success, etc.
• Setup dashboards & systems to track crashes, errors, exceptions, and bugs on production. Formulate processes and workflows to reduce the same.

Qualifications: Experience

• Prior experience of working in/with Payments & Fintech industry, Payment Gateways, Nodal/Escrow Accounts, and Lending is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and technical product management.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge on public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Past experience with hands-on engineering, product, or QA is a strong bonus.
• Working knowledge with monitoring tools like New Relic, Sentry, Cloudwatch
• Very good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL is a must
• Should be familiar with Application App Release cycle
• Proficient in Internet standards & technologies including REST
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Automation, etc.
• Robust and evolving knowledge of current web & mobile app technologies.

Soft Skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
• Team spirit, good time-management skills, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
