Ideal Candidate

6-8 Years of Experience

Passion for writing Vanilla JavaScript

Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Work Experience with TypeScript

Deep understanding of the DOM, Browser Events, JavaScript APIs, Canvas rendering, etc.

Deep understanding of how the browsers work.

Regard for optimizations that focus on delivering content to the user as quickly as possible.

Awesome Debugging Skills.

Passion to write automated tests to verify the working of libraries (You can’t possibly verify things on all devices and all browsers manually). We use Cypress for this.

Understanding the similarities and differences across browsers (young and old).

Experience in writing modular JavaScript code

Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.

Passion to stay up to date with the constantly evolving world of front-end development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client acquisition, retention and relationship management.
• Identify and engage potential clients through calls/ messages and virtual meetings, converting them into active trading clients.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination and generating revenue.
• Act as the first point of contact for new clients and ensure a positive on-boarding experience.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Stay updated on market trends and current affairs to better assist global traders and investors.
• Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress in CRM

Qualifications :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year documented experience in sales profile.
• Vocal, Confident and Innovative.
• Knowledge of the Global Market. (Forex & Comex)
• Fluent English Communication, sales & marketing skills are a must have.
• Should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing and Financial Services will be preferred.

Role Objective: To lead, manage, and direct the entire Façade Design Department, ensuring the

delivery of innovative, high-quality, and commercially viable façade solutions. This senior role is

accountable for the department's overall performance, strategic direction, resource management,

and technical governance, ensuring full alignment with the company's corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

 Departmental & Strategic Leadership:

o Assume full responsibility for the operational management of the Façade Design

Department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

o Develop and implement departmental strategies, technical standards, and quality

control protocols to enhance efficiency and innovation.

o Provide decisive leadership and mentorship to the entire design team, including

Senior Façade Designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

 Technical & Project Oversight:

o Hold ultimate accountability for the technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery

of all façade design projects, from conception to final execution.

o Provide expert oversight and final authority on complex design challenges,

ensuring all solutions meet the highest performance and regulatory standards.

o Ensure that rigorous performance assessments and quality checks are consistently

applied across all projects.

 Stakeholder & Client Management:

o Act as the company's senior technical representative in high-level negotiations and

strategic discussions with key clients, architects, and contractors.

o Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration between

design, sales, and project execution teams.

 Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

o Drive the research, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge façade

technologies, materials, and design methodologies.

o Ensure the department maintains a deep and current understanding of all local

and international building codes and regulations.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

 Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory. A

Master’s degree or a professional certification in Project Management is highly preferred.

 Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in the façade industry, with

at least 5 years in a proven leadership or managerial capacity.

 Technical Knowledge & Skills: The candidate must possess profound expertise in a wide

variety of façade materials and systems, complemented by outstanding leadership,

communication, and project management skills.

Reporting Structure:

 The position reports to the Head of Façade Design.

• Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and strong understanding of mobile app architecture.
• Knowledge of native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in implementing pixel-perfect designs and animations.
• Proficiency in using libraries like React Navigation, NativeBase, or Material-UI.
• Experience with testing libraries like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Chrome DevTools, Flipper, or similar.
• Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store, including managing certificates and provisioning profiles

Technical Program Manager Job Description

Amagi is looking to expand its project/program management team responsible for managing end to end development and delivery of various ongoing software development programs and initiatives within Amagi. We are looking for people who are process oriented, have a strong technology background, who have experience in executing and managing large software projects in the past. The software development projects under execution are largely in the intersection of media and cloud technology domains. 

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of multiple short term and long term product development and delivery initiatives for Amagi's key products 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams like engineering, product, quality assurance, operations and customer success teams.
• Articulating and defining program milestones for  successful and timebound completion of initiatives by developing project plans in collaboration with all the stakeholders. 
• Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, dependencies and related challenges
• Enterprise program management : Apart from standard product offerings, for enterprise customers, Amagi offers tighter integration and customization of their workflows over the core product offerings.  In this role you one manage end to end onboarding and going live for such enterprise customers.  This involves 
• Working with pre-sales/sales/onboarding/customer to get the requirements
• Prepare a detailed project plan & track it across teams; keep the stakeholders (Sales, ONB, Customer) updated on status and milestones
• Work with Enterprise Engagement Team in Broadcast Engineering closely to deliver according to the plan
• Get the customer trained on the platform before going live
• Formally hand off to support once the customer has gone live

• Create, publish and maintain well organised, comprehensive data and information about the initiatives to enable organization wide transparency and reporting
• Developing dashboards and success metrics to provide visibility to various stakeholders.  
• Ensuring consistent and clear status reporting 
• Prepare presentations and provide supporting data as needed

• Managing one or more programs involving product development initiatives belonging to various categories, like 
• Cutting edge cloud technology intensive SaaS products
• Software solution involving media technology (eg, audio/video streaming) 
• Web frontend and backend related products (built on latest web frameworks)

• Setting up processes, actively participating in improving and maintaining processes for product development and delivery initiatives to enable efficiency across organization
• Based on agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Training and evangelizing the participating teams on agile processes

• Managing executive stakeholders
• Helping the program management team as a whole to publish metrics, dashboards to bring visibility of various programs to the executive team.
• Helping the executive team to take directional calls on new and ongoing programs.  

Desired Skills and Experience

We'll need you to have a good foundation for establishing technical and non-technical enablement needs for internal and external teams.

Required Skills: 

• Communication skills: The candidate must be good at business communication, good at using all modern tools at disposal, be able to organize and lead meetings as and when required. 
• Technical Knowledge: The candidate must have a strong technical background and must be well aware of software engineering technology stacks popularly used in technology heavy companies. The candidate must be able to write and present tech heavy documentation.
• Process Knowledge: The candidate must have experience in running process oriented programs and projects, must have knowledge of agile frameworks, and should be able to set up agile processes for existing and new product development initiatives. 
• Data driven acumen: The candidate must be able to do qualitative and quantitative analysis on available data and metrics to take up calls and set directions for the team.
• Relationship management: The candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with various cross functional team members and key stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Experience in running scrum ceremonies and managing related artifacts
• Hands on experience in project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Domain experience: Prior experience in media technologies like OTT, audio/video technologies, AWS/GCP cloud based application or web application development

Formal Qualifications:

• Certifications (Preferable):  Agile certifications - CSM® / PMI-ACP® / SaFE® 
• Preferred Work Experience: 2 - 5 years 
• Enterprise Program managers: 5-7 years in Project/Program management
• Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech + MBA (From Tier I/II institutes)
