We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in test automation and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

Mandatory Skills :

• 8+ Years of hands-on experience in test automation using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying it in testing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate testing progress and issues.

Preferred :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience in cross-browser and mobile device testing.

• Strong Product, UI/UX Designer Profile, with a focus on B2B SaaS/ Enterprise Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product design, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience in designing for complex domains such as automation platforms, low-code platforms, data management tools etc
• Mandatory (Tools) – Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design tools such as Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Zapier, Replit, Lovable.
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing case studies, user research and UX work for B2B Enterprise SaaS products

Preferred

• Preferred (Products) – Experience with or understanding of platforms like Atlan, Retool, Perplexity, Claude, Zapier, or similar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point

● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.

● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose

solutions based on defined SOPs

● Identify outstanding account receivables
