Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operations Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency within our insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and assisting in decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, operations, and performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Support business teams with ad hoc data requests and analysis
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in operational processes
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, underwriting, claims) for data requirements
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel or MIS tools

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

5–10 years of experience in backend or full-stack development (Java, C#, Python, or Node.js preferred).

•Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).

•Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

•Develop robust backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

•Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL).

•Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver solutions.

•Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

•Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and architecture.

•Strong experience with server-side programming (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET).

•Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

•Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and REST/GraphQL best practices.

•Working knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) and DevOps pipelines.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong Software Development & DSA Profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 5+ YOE in Software Devleopment (preferably in product-based companies).

Mandatory (Skills 1): Must have strong expertise in scalable systems and applied DSA

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have strong understanding of System Design (like HLD, LLD, microservices, caching, database scaling)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Design and implement testing frameworks and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

Job Description:

Job Description.

- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.

- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.

- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.

- Responsible for sales target.

-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.

- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB. 
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB. 
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
