🔹 Role Overview
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Vijay Sales’ eCommerce platform. You will lead in-house teams for Adobe Commerce, AEM, and integrations, working closely with product, design, and business stakeholders. This role is hands-on in solution architecture while providing leadership to engineering teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical roadmap for Vijay Sales’ e-commerce website and digital stack.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Magento developers, AEM developers, and integration engineers.
- Drive integration with POS, ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, and payment gateways to enable true omnichannel commerce.
- Ensure website performance, scalability, and uptime during high-traffic sales seasons (Diwali, festive sales, flash sales).
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric features.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure to enable smooth deployments.
🔹 Requirements
- Strong Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) expertise: custom module development, checkout workflows, service contracts, API design, performance tuning, caching (Redis, Varnish, ElasticSearch).
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge: component-based architecture, Sling Models, OSGi, headless commerce integration.
- Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS).
- Cloud hosting experience (AWS / Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of payment gateway integration and secure transaction flows.
- Experience in large-scale B2C e-commerce platforms handling high traffic & order volumes.
- Strong leadership skills: mentoring teams, sprint planning, technical decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Magento or AEM certification.
