Mediation Developer

• The business finance team will partner with the internal business stakeholders and drive decision support on finance issues. The primary purpose of the team is as follows:

• Business performance reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards of business performance metrics appropriate to different audiences

• Data analytics: Generate actionable insights based on historical trend analysis, variance from plan and deep dive of business key performance indicators

• Finance business partnering: Partner with the business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance

• Co-own TMRW planning and budgeting process along with the FP&A team

Ideal candidate attributes and experience:

- CA with 3+ years of experience in similar roles

- Strong Excel skills and ability to build dynamic models

We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERPNext’s Asset Management features for large-scale deployments. You will play a critical role in understanding enterprise-specific asset structures and workflows and implementing them in ERPNext.

📌 Responsibilities

• Customize and configure the Asset Management module in ERPNext to support complex enterprise asset structures.
• Integrate asset tracking with maintenance schedules, warranty management, depreciation, and reporting.
• Develop custom scripts, forms, reports, and workflows to suit client-specific requirements.
• Migrate historical asset data from legacy systems to ERPNext.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and client IT departments for end-to-end implementation.
• Ensure performance optimization and data integrity during scale-up.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ERPNext development and Frappe framework.
• Strong understanding of the Asset Management domain in ERP or EAM systems.
• Experience with customization, scripting, and module development in ERPNext.
• Hands-on with data migration, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud-hosted ERPNext instances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle enterprise-scale implementations.

• Implement and constantly improve Processes and System to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize inventory utilization.
• Responsible for entire inventory movement cycle immediately after the PO is raised at HO.
• Tracking ETD & ETA of all Import Consignments as well as Internal Inventory movement within India Operations.
• Coordinate with Buying Team and Location Teams on Periodic Sales & Inventory Requirement Forecast – at least for a period of 3 months / 1 Qrtr in advance.
• analyze Inventory requirement at location as per Promotion Calendar in coordination with respective Buyer and Track / Monitor Efficacy of each Promotion.
• Interacts with each Location Team and ensure steady flow of valid and valuable feedback on sales and inventory.
• Execute & Maintain Category & Merchandising Planogram as prescribed by respective Buyer.
• Responsible for Setting up and Implementation of Auto Replenishment Process at all locations in coordination with Location team and IS team.
• Formulate, Generate and Share Inventory related MIS reports with HO Functions on periodic basis. For example – Self-life Expiry Report, Stock Availability Report, Flagging all potential alert situation

Professional Requirements:

• 2-8 Years professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Good understanding of high level and low-level design of distributed systems.
• Experience coding in any one of the following Java or Nodejs.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems on cloud infrastructure will be plus.
• Exposure to architectural pattern of a large, high-scale web application.

Requirement/responsibilities: To take a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project. Ownership of product/feature end-to-end for all phases from the development to the production. Ensuring the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns. Work closely with senior engineers for refining the and implementation. Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments. Participate in design and code reviews.
