Job Purpose:

Senior technical architect will make sure that technologies function simultaneously and transforming specifications into design and architecture documents utilized by the team to create solutions. Managing the implementation of programs. Coordinating with the software development team to ensure the system runs smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
• Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for project
• Understand the business strategy and help clients to define the solution with technology
• Assess the impact of the business strategy on the architecture landscape, including organization, information and infrastructure and applications.
• Implement tech roadmap, architectural principles, standards, policies, and solution governance for effective data technology delivery
• Guide smarter technology investments by recommending changes in data systems, infrastructure, process, and IT tools architecture
• Serve as point of contact and review for key issues and decisions for all technical architecture related to strategic projects.
• Providing technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer networks
• Developing and managing project budgets and timelines

Secondary Responsibilities:

• To assist in defining the team's technical strategy and advising on product roadmaps and migration plans to achieve strategic goals
• Produce progress reports
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

• Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
• To plan for team growth considering the skills required within the technical architecture team and to assist in resourcing decisions.
• To drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team, building an environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor Business Architects and Analysts

Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / technology / mathematics / commerce / arts / science / biology / business / computers / engineering / management. 

Experience: 10 to 18 Years.

 Be a full Individual Contributor 

Design(frontend dev) Develop Deploy Debug ! Expert in  all things - Frontend Backend and Deployment 

3Years + on MEAN Stack

Used Rabbit MQ or Kafka

Design product architecture , assign work to junior developers , train interns and manage end to end development activity

Good at  AWS Webservices- AWS- Ec2, Lambda, 

Confident at building high throughput, low latency , and highly Scalable applications 

 Preferences :or pluss

Elastic Search , Kubernates 

Served a Lead role in the present company 

Worked on financial products

Worked in smaller companies with individual contribution

Certifications) · B.E. / B.tech with Masters Degree in Management from a premier institute with 2 - 6 years of enterprise product or technology roles. · Prefered experience: o Cloud, IT/SI/Telecom organizations o Experience in working with Large enterprise environment o Pro-active liaise with other company functions (e.g. Sales / Marketing / Solutions / Service

• 4 years of hands-on experience with AURA components & lightning experience
• 2 years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience
• 4+ years of experience with writing and running APEX
• 1 + years of Visual Force experience
• Ability to work independently and come up with good development practices based on the problem.
• 1 year experience on Lightning communities
• 2 years of experience in designing responsive design solutions for various devices including SF1 app & IPAD safari browser
