Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive with proven expertise in the building material industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling products such as AAC blocks, ALC wall panels, cement, tiles, or similar construction materials. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the assigned region, building strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers including builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell products like AAC blocks, wall panels, cement, and tiles.
- Conduct regular site visits, customer meetings, and product demos.
- Maintain and expand the customer database in the assigned territory.
