We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Associate to join our growing team and help accelerate our outreach efforts to potential clients and partners across the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients in target markets (US, and India)
• Support lead generation efforts via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools
• Draft compelling outreach messages and proposals
• Help prepare sales decks, case studies, and pitch documents
• Set up meetings, take notes during client calls, and support follow-ups
• Collaborate closely with the founders and business team on go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter.

• Proven expertise in developing robust and complex mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

• Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, including UI/UX design, offline storage, threading, and performance optimization.

• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language, along with a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating mobile applications with backend services.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

Basic Qualification: 

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Node.js  
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB 
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. 
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, 
• algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Experience building complex applications on distributed systems that have been successfully deployed for a large customer base. 
• Experience with Agile Scrum, having served as a Scrum Master and delivered results. 
• Application of advanced coding techniques, such as dependency injection.
