Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Write clear, concise, and compelling content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and other platforms.
• Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original content.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
• Content Strategy & Planning:
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop content calendars and strategies.
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
• Content Management:
• Manage and update existing content on various platforms.

Role

• Develop & maintain shared APIs, libraries and frameworks
• Improve the performance and reliability of our services including databases, CI/CD pipeline, web services, and other integrations
• Monitor and scale our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with other teams on security, automation, and internal tools
• Evaluate and develop new tools and technologies that can help achieve company-level goals

Required Candidate profile

• 4 - 8 years of experience in Development.
• Should have good knowledge of backend Technologies like Python, Nodejs, Golang.
• Should have worked with Databases like Mysql, monogdb etc.
• Should have working experience in cloud environment.
• Engineering degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline from good institutes

• Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Provide strategic pre sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
• Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, product, technology and finance teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions per to customer needs 
• Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking industry activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.

• Candidates should have experience in Contract staffing(C2H) or fulltime Recruitment
• Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references - Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
• Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients" needs & their suitability
• Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles
• Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates
• Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
• Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database

• Should have good hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Customer 360, Data Integration(ETL) using PowerCenter, Data Quality.
