Objectives of this Role:

• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
• Ideate and develop new product features in collaboration with domain experts in healthcare and genomics 
• Develop state of the art enterprise standard front-end and backend services
• Develop cloud platform services based on container orchestration platform 
• Continuously embrace automation  for repetitive tasks
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality  by using clean coding principles and solid design patterns 
• Build robust tech modules  that are Unit Testable, Automating recurring tasks and processes  
• Engage effectively with team members and collaborate to upskill and unblock each other

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Staffing

📍 Location: Noida (Onsite Role)

🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years (in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in onboarding new clients and building partnerships. The role involves driving client acquisition for IT hiring requirements, vendor empanelment, and ensuring strong client relationships.

A Loan Officer is a professional who processes loan applications and evaluates them for eligibility and suitability to ensure that nothing stands between business or personal goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop advanced software solutions in a cross functional Agile team supporting multiple projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with product owners and/or the business on requirements definition, development of functional specifications, and design
• Collaborate on or lead development of technical design and specifications as required
• Code, test and document new applications as well as changes to existing system functionality and ensure successful completion

Skills & Requirements

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
