🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience with React.js (front-end) and Node.js/Express (back-end).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Prior experience in AI/ML, healthcare, or enterprise software.
• Must Have: Bachelors in Engineering from IIT/NIT/IIIT or similar institutions.
• Good to have: Experience in AI focused startups, early-stage teams, or as a founding engineer.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across the stack (front-end + back-end).
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and other engineers to take features from concept to production.

• Work on database design and API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and set up best practices for the team.

Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS like Sass or LESS
• Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with popular ReactJS state management such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs consumption
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket
• Must be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Work with the client and internal web development team to design new products or enhancements.
• Take part in system development including analysis, coding, and testing in an agile product development team.
• To develop business requirements into cost-effective and elegant technical solutions.
• Perform peer design and code reviews with other software engineers.
• Help to evaluate requirements and solutions from a technical perspective and implement custom built solutions. 
• Perform estimates of user stories that are to be implemented to help with product engineering planning.
• Work with backend development members to co-create APIs for frontend consumption
• Mentor less experienced team members on proper standards/techniques to improve their development practices and efficiency.
• Write scripts to perform unit testing, functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing support.
• Optimize UI for efficiency and maintainability
• Perform non-production and production deployment processes as scheduled.
• Provide on-going support to the application.
