Role Summary

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Platform Implementation Team, responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for a multi-cloud Data & AI platform. You will design microservices, develop REST APIs, and enable seamless data integration across enterprise systems like CRM and ERP.

• Design and implement efficient, scalable backend services using Python.

1. The Full Stack batch (Python, React, ROR, Node) is starting from 3rd March.

2. The course fee is ₹30,000, which can be paid in 3 installments of ₹10,000 each.

3. The course duration is 3 months.

4. The training will be 8 hours daily, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

5. The training will be practical and hands-on, focusing on live projects using laptops and computers (no board teaching).

6. Each batch will have only 20 students, and the top 10 students will get guaranteed placement in BestPeers with a starting salary of ₹15,000 per month (fixed for 1 year, followed by an appraisal).

7. Before joining the course, we will conduct an interview to help identify your weak areas so that you can focus on improving them during the training.

• 6+ years Experienced in building data pipelines and deployment pipelines for machine learning models
• 4+ years’ experience with ML/AI toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, AWS Sagemaker, MXNet, H20, etc.
• 4+ years’ experience developing ML/AI models in Python/R
• Must have leadership abilities to lead a project and team.
• Must have leadership skills to lead and deliver projects, be proactive, take ownership, interface with business, represent the team and spread the knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning techniques (e.g., Bayesian, regression, classification, clustering, time series, deep learning).
• Should be able to help deploy various models and tune them for better performance.
• Working knowledge in operationalizing models in production using model repositories, API s and data pipelines.
• Experience with machine learning and computational statistics packages.
• Experience with Data Bricks, Data Lake.
• Experience with Dremio, Tableau, Power Bi.
• Experience working with spark ML, spark DL with Pyspark would be a big plus!
