We’re building a suite of SaaS products for WordPress professionals—each with a clear product-market fit and the potential to become a $100M+ business. As we grow, we need engineers who go beyond feature delivery. We’re looking for someone who wants to build enduring systems, make practical decisions, and help us ship great products with high velocity.

• Work with product, design, and support teams to turn real customer problems into thoughtful, scalable solutions.
• Design and build robust backend systems, services, and APIs that prioritize long-term maintainability and performance.
• Use AI-assisted tooling (where appropriate) to explore solution trees, accelerate development, and reduce toil.
• Improve velocity across the team by building reusable tools, abstractions, and internal workflows—not just shipping isolated features.
• Dig into problems deeply—whether it's debugging a performance issue, streamlining a process, or questioning a product assumption.
• Document your decisions clearly and communicate trade-offs with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test, and continually improve scalable frontend and backend services.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.
• Develop commercial-grade software that is user-friendly and suitable for a global audience.
• Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) tests.
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Fluency in any one of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Job description

• Hands-on experience in C#, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server.
• Experience in latest .Net framework versions (4/4.5/.Net Core 2.0 Frameworks), SQL Server 2008/2012.
• Experience in OOPS, HTML5, Bootstrap,CSS, AJAX/ JavaScript/ JQuery/ AngularJS and Angular 2.0 and web development.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• .NET Full Stack (C#, MVC / .Net Core, WEB API, JSON, REST, JavaScript, Ajax)
• Good knowledge on Angular development, Angular JS
• knowledge in Azure cloud solutions.
• Developing and Hosting REST API Swagger and integration with angular.

Required Candidate profile Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years and above of professional software development experience.
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendation and designing and implementing systems.

You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3.

• Write clean , well-designed code

• Produce detailed specifications

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

• Follow industry best practices

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

• Proven software development experience in PHP

• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing RESTful web services

1. Having nodejs (backend technology) as with frontend development. I am stressing on frontend more to give emphasis on the need.
2. We look for frontend engineers (java script) primarily and who are willing to contribute to backend (python). Backend wise, on the resume, these candidates can have nodejs / python / java / c# / any programming language
