Omni Jobs is currently managing the recruitment for a critical System & Design Engineer (Electronics) role for our esteemed client, Larsen & Toubro (L&T). This is a high-impact position based at the L&T facility in Pune, focusing on mission-critical projects within the Defence sector.

Role Description

We are seeking a disciplined and technically sound engineer to handle the full lifecycle of electronic system design and manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex schematics and physical manufacturing, ensuring all designs meet the rigorous standards required for Defence applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Documentation: Generate and manage BOM, General Arrangement, Schemes, Wiring Charts, and Assembly Instructions.

• Design & Component Selection: Select electronic components based on availability, cost, and obsolescence; ensure overall system compliance.

• Technical Support: Provide on-ground design implementation support to the manufacturing team.

• Testing & Validation: Lead and support Environmental and EMI-EMC Testing at Government Laboratories.

• Project Lifecycle: Provide ongoing design support for both new and existing delivered systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory 3–5 years of experience in the Defence sector. Candidates without defence background will not be considered for this specific cadre.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/related) with 3+ years' experience OR a Diploma with 5+ years' experience.

• Hard Skills: Proficiency in Schematic Design, Troubleshooting, and testing tools (CRO, etc.).

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with E3, AutoCAD, and PLM software.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle workforce compensation and Talent Management)

·    7-9+ years experience in Oracle Cloud.
