Job Summary

Sisuni Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager – SaaS to drive customer acquisition and business growth for our technology products, including Serveka E-commerce and HRM Cloud.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying target customers, generating business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, developing strategic partnerships, negotiating with prospects, and converting opportunities into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute B2B SaaS business development strategies.

* Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.

* Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, LinkedIn, email, networking and partnerships.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

* Manage the complete sales/business development cycle from prospecting to closure.

* Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, decision-makers and enterprise clients.

* Develop channel, referral and strategic partnerships.

* Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
