Exciting Opportunity for SEO Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager with a focus on content optimization to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic traffic growth. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content-focused SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase rankings, and drive quality traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in content optimization, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. This involves conducting thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trends assessment to identify opportunities for organic growth.
On-Page and Off -Page Optimization with link building
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure to enhance relevance and improve visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites through outreach, content partnerships, and directory submissions. Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase organic traffic.
Technical SEO Management
Conduct technical audits of website infrastructure and address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and schema markup implementation. Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.
Content Strategy and Optimization
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user search intent. Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation based on keyword research and industry trends.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into SEO performance and ROI. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends
Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitiveness in search results.
Client Communication and Team collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, provide updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on content optimization
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Integration of client-side elements developed by a frontend developers with server side logic
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Test and debug programs
- Coordinate with other team members to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient knowledge of Python with a backend server framework like Flask or Django
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance from the Business statement & implement them accordingly
- Building API endpoints - Project structuring, build reusable components, etc
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into the application code
- Creating database schemas that represent and support the business use case
- Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets would be a value-add
- Experience with scripting for task automation and data analysis
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be a value-add
- Professional, precise communication skills
Qualification and Experience:
- B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / PGDCA / M.Sc. (CS) /M.E. / M. Tech
- At least 2 years of experience in Backend Development
- Proficient knowledge of Python or any other back-end programming language
- Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented design and development
- Experience in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases would be a value-add
- Knowledge of Microservices, Dockers, Kubernetes
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services
- Solid technical skills with a proven and successful history working as a Front End Developer
- Experience & Knowledge in Angular, React & Vuejs
- Good working knowledge on Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, communication skills, time management and Team skills with an intention to work hard to meet project deadline

- Interface with Business Units in Sattva to understand their digitisation needs
- Map identified needs to existing or new SaaS solutions
- Drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of solutions within the Business Units
- Engage with Business Units post-implementation and ensure successful adoption of deployed solution
- Collaborate with PMO and Finance for planning, budgeting and tracking of implementation/subscription costs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define a digital transformation roadmap for internal business processes
- Evaluate new solutions and interface with SaaS vendors where needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of overall work experience, with 2+ years in managing SaaS solution implementation in a small/mid-size organisation (50 to 500 users)
