Job Title: Front-End Developer – IVR & Web Technologies

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Angular, React.js, and JavaScript, and a good understanding of IVR systems, Perl/Bash scripting, and WebRTC. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with data visualization using D3.js and basic knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular and React.js
• Create dynamic and interactive UIs using JavaScript, D3.js, and modern frameworks
• Work with IVR systems and integrate them into web-based dashboards
• Write and manage Perl and Bash scripts to automate tasks and system interactions
• Implement and support WebRTC features for real-time communication interfaces
• Consume and interact with REST/SOAP web services
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and system engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug cross-browser and cross-platform issues

Key Skills:

• ✅ Strong knowledge of Angular(16+)
• ✅ Strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js
• ✅ Experience working with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems
• ✅ Hands-on with Perl and Bash scripting
• ✅ Experience with WebRTC implementation in front-end apps
• ✅ Familiarity with D3.js for data visualization
• ✅ Understanding of basic web services (REST/SOAP)
• ✅ Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks is a plus

We are looking for a Frontend Developer. As a Frontend Developer, you should be comfortable with Front-end languages, Frameworks, and third-party Libraries. You should also be a team playerwith a a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers in agile methodology
• Design client-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e. g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• Sound Knowledge of ES5 ES6 Javascript Standards
• Knowledge of multiple JavaScript Libraries/frameworks (e. g. React, Angular).
• Knowledge of multiple Global State Management Library (e. g Redux).
• Knowledge of Class-Based Component and Functional Components(Hooks)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design (Mobile Responsive).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What you will work on:

• Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies
• Perform product analysis and development tasks of an increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
• Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Make design and technical decisions for AngularJS/React projects.
• Develop application code and unit test in the AngularJS/React, Rest Web Services and Java technologies for the Application Development Center.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
• Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (AngularJS/React, jQuery, NodeJS, Grunt JS)
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine)
• Test runner framework (Ex. Karma)
• Hand on and implements complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, services Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification and Experience:

• 3+ years’ Experience with Angular
• BS/BE/BTECH degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Lead multiple client projects in the organization. 
• Define & build technical architecture for projects. 
• Introduce & ensure right coding standards within the team and ensure that it is maintained in all the projects. 
• Ensure the quality delivery of projects. 
• Ensure applications are confirmed to security guidelines wherever required. 
• ​Assist pre-sales/sales team for converting raw requirements from potential clients to functional solutions. 
• Train fellow team members to impose the best practices available. 
• Work on improving and managing processes within the team. 
• Implement innovative ideas throughout the team to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the team. 
• Ensure proper communication & collaboration within the team 

• 5+ Years of experience in developing large scale applications. 
• Solid Domain Knowledge and experience with various Design Patterns & Data Modelling 
• Must be well-aware of the latest technological advancements for relevant platforms. 
• Should have Research Oriented Approach 
• Solid at Logical thinking and Problem solving 
• Solid understanding of Coding Standards, Code Review processes and delivery of quality products 
• Experience with various Tools used in Development, Tests & Deployments. 
• Sound knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD Pipeline Tools 
• Solid experience with Git Workflow on Enterprise projects and larger teams 
• Should be good at documentation at project level and code level 
• Should have solid experience with Agile Methodology and process 
• Should have good understanding on Software UX 
• Proficient with communication and good at making judgments
