Senior Frontend Developer

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Javascript fundamentals, Object-oriented programming, and Web concepts with 3-7 years of relevant experience in building web apps at scale.
• You must have a strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.
• Experience or familiarity with React.js or Vue.s, and build tools like Webpack, Rollup, etc.
• Curiosity to go in-depth of codebases and libraries and have the ability to set it up from scratch.
• Familiarity with Server Side Rendering (SSR) and website SEO

What You’ll Do

• Build website and frontend platform.
• Build monitoring graphs, services directory, ML model management UI. Make sure SEO and website performance are top-notch.
• Work with design teams and ability to lead other frontend engineers when we expand our team
• Take good design decisions which scale and follow best practices.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated ReactJS Intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior internship experience to deepen their knowledge and skills in ReactJS while working on cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
• Work closely with designers to implement user interfaces and user experiences.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ReactJS.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical processes and workflows.
• Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• Previous internship experience in a software development role.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Nice to Have:

Requirements:

Frontend Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding requirements present in specification documents
• Integrate data from various backend-services and databases

TECH SKILLS

• Must Have:

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js, Go or any other back end programming language is a plus .
• Experience of turning UI/UX designs to applications and keen interest in the UI/UX side of an application. 
• Able to build prototypes quickly and work with the product teams to test a concept. 
• Demonstrable experience in building front end or UI/UX development practices in previous jobs. 
• Building and implementing a product on cloud based infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Microservice Architecture, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD and Serverless.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using Agile Methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum to build quality software.
• Good communication skills.
