What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin
• Work on real-time updates, offline capabilities, and responsive UI
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and designers
• Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and edge-case failures
• Ensure code quality through unit tests and code reviews

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Development of UI elements and Integration with APIs
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of requests.
• Must be able to write solutions that scale
• 3 - 4 years of full-time work experience in React Native
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethics
• Experience in React Native bridging concepts
• Experience with Typescript.
• Have developed and published apps for either Android or iOS.
• Design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
• Knowledge of prototyping and rapid development techniques

1. Atleast developed 2-5 Application Individually & Publishing apps on Google PlayStore and Apple store. 

2.Heavy data storage in Preferences, SQLite database, and Realm and Any storage. 

3. Understanding of React app architecture (Android & IOS). 

4.Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts and Basic & Strong knowledge ofReact Native. 

5.Hands-on Exposure like Git, BitBucket, SVN, etc.

Job Description

- With 2+ years of experience of React Native experience on iOS/Android. Platforms

- Must have experience on RESTful Web-Services

- Deep familiarity with Redux and common popular React Native patterns, libraries, components, and frameworks.

- Well verse in Android and Ios framework and have atleast 2 app on playstore/Appstore.

- Mobile-first design and responsive code deeply ingrained in your thought process.

- Familiarity working with REST APIs for deep integrations with both platforms i.e. general best practices, shortcomings, trade-offs, etc.

- Have a solid understanding of CSS,Javascript and react.js.

- Must be good in problem solving, Data structures andAlgorithms.

- Must be hands on writing Unit test cases.

- Ability to work with minimal guidance in fluid environments while providing guidance/stability to junior engineers in the team.

- Strong understanding of App Architectures, E-commercesolutions

- Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket

- Writes well managed and clean codes

- Hands on experience on features specifically QR scanning, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, GPS etc. are an added advantage

- Hands on experience with 3rd party tools integration like Google Analytics, Engagement tool, Payment gateway integration is an added advantage

Job Description / what you'll be doing

• Leading the team to build cutting edge React Native applications.
• Architects build and maintain excellent applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs. Knowledge of scalable sizing of UI is a must.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs.
• Write unit and integration test cases.
• Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
• Must understand iOS and Android native code which can be used to write bridges.
• Can work in pod structure. 
• Must be comfortable in the SCRUM process. Complete two-week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
• Assist with building estimates and pipeline for tasks rollout.
• Good communication and people skillset.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Firebase, GTM, Google play console, AppStore Connect, etc.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience working with Mobile application development and 2-4+ years of experience with React Native development.
• Experience working with Swift / ObjectiveC, Java / Kotlin required.
• Should have a crystal understanding of App architecture and how to React interacts with the native layers for iOS and Android respectively
• Excellent JavaScript Developer has a deep understanding of scope and closures, ES6, Object prototypes, Async, Hooks, Functional components, and Performance
• Excellent Code reviewer and champion at writing unit test cases
• Should be able to evaluate alternative multiple system designs and solutions and make data-backed decisions in his/her approach
