Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives in the competitive FinTech and capital markets technology landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital

marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across institutional and enterprise client segments.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies targeting B2B audiences in the FinTech and capital markets ecosystem

● Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms

● Create and oversee thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, and technical blogs that resonate with brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions

● Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion funnels to support business development goals

● Manage marketing analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI

● Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies

● Oversee website management, ensuring optimal user experience and technical SEO performance

● Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors, and industry partners

● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Skills & Experience

● 5-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments

● Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory

● Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, marketing automation, and performance analytics

● Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles

● Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts

● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus

Role: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development

• Create Functional and Technical specification documents, translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

• Delivering new Bodhee features using AGILE delivery programs

• Ensure project quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices

• To act as a single point of contact from the team to Bodhee Stakeholders

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates

• Manage and take ownership of product including defining scope and developing requirements for product launch

Requirements

• Overall 6+ years’ experience with 3+ years of experience as Project Manager for any development projects and hands-on technical experience

• Proven experience as a technical project manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Experience with agile software development methodologies.

• Strong experience with Java and UI design and development

• Strong experience leading development teams utilizing Java and UI technologies.

• Working experience with Data Analytics products is a plus

• Strong understanding of RDBMS and working experience with SQL

• Experience with developing Micro-services Based applications

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production infrastructure in AWS for the HappyFox platform and its products.
• Research, Build/Implement systems, services and tooling to improve uptime, reliability and maintainability of our backend infrastructure. And to meet our internal SLOs and customer-facing SLAs.
• Implement consistent observability, deployment and IaC setups
• Lead incident management and actively respond to escalations/incidents in the production environment from customers and the support team.
• Hire/Mentor other Infrastructure engineers and review their work to continuously ship improvements to production infrastructure and its tooling.
• Build and manage development infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for our teams to ship & test code faster.
• Lead infrastructure security audits

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in handling/building Production environments in AWS.
• At least 3 years of programming experience in building API/backend services for customer-facing applications in production.
• Proficient in managing/patching servers with Unix-based operating systems like Ubuntu Linux.
• Proficient in writing automation scripts or building infrastructure tools using Python/Ruby/Bash/Golang
• Experience in deploying and managing production Python/NodeJS/Golang applications to AWS EC2, ECS or EKS.
• Experience in security hardening of infrastructure, systems and services.
• Proficient in containerised environments such as Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
• Experience in setting up and managing test/staging environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Exposure/Experience in setting up or managing Cloudflare, Qualys and other related tools
• Passion for making systems reliable, maintainable, scalable and secure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address, escalate and express technical ideas clearly
• Bonus points – Hands-on experience with Nginx, Postgres, Postfix, Redis or Mongo systems.

• Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Writing manual test cases for the application against the requirements
• Handling the testing project independently
• Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures
• Verifying test result and logging defect in the tool

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Must have 2- 4 years of manual testing experience in Embedded Systems
• 3-6 years Embedded QA engineering experience
• Expertise in Functional and System Testing
• Experience in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C etc
• Experience in handling the LAB equipments for the embedded devices
• Strong hands-on in embedded product testing
• Knowledge of Audio Testing is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Self-motivation with the ability to drive features to delivery

• Strong in UI, API automation using Cypress(preferred).
• Strong knowledge in any programming languages - JavaScript(preferred), Python, Java.

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins.
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git.
• Strong in Database concepts, noSQL and writing SQL queries
• Strong in API testing using Postman
• Familiarity in performance testing using Jmeter or similar tools a plus.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to details.
• Experience in early stage tech startups is an added plus.
