Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant campus community for Big AIR Lab
• Drive product awareness and engagement among students
• Test our AI products and share detailed feedback and reviews
• Manage and coordinate hackathons; invite students to office events
• Work with the placement cell for internship outreach and onboarding

Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Peoplesoft lead to join a small dynamic team to build websites for internal and external customers. Creativity and speed of delivery are essential to our success and so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years in PeopleSoft technical
• Should have worked in offshore development and good understanding of offshore delivery Model
• Should have the ability to work on individual assignments with minimal information and guidance from onsite coordinator and offshore lead
• Should have experience in Impact Analysis, troubleshoot code and debugging of PeopleSoft Technologies
• Should have worked on all phases of development, testing, production support, etc.
• Should have experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Should have good communication skills - verbal & written
• Should manage scope and project expectations effectively on individual assignments

Educational Qualification

BE/BTech CSE/IT. Master’s Degree is a plus

Job Description / what you'll be doing

• Leading the team to build cutting edge React Native applications.
• Architects build and maintain excellent applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs. Knowledge of scalable sizing of UI is a must.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs.
• Write unit and integration test cases.
• Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
• Must understand iOS and Android native code which can be used to write bridges.
• Can work in pod structure. 
• Must be comfortable in the SCRUM process. Complete two-week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience working with Mobile application development and 2-4+ years of experience with React Native development.
• Experience working with Swift / ObjectiveC, Java / Kotlin required.
• Should have a crystal understanding of App architecture and how to React interacts with the native layers for iOS and Android respectively
• Excellent JavaScript Developer has a deep understanding of scope and closures, ES6, Object prototypes, Async, Hooks, Functional components, and Performance
• Excellent Code reviewer and champion at writing unit test cases
• Should be able to evaluate alternative multiple system designs and solutions and make data-backed decisions in his/her approach
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
