• Drive development and delivery of top notch technology solutions to clients efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure for our applications using Python and AWS Serverless

technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust systems, including

microservices and cloud-based architectures.

- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the backend systems through monitoring and

optimization.

- Create and maintain database schema and queries to support the application features.

- Write unit and integration tests for the backend code and ensure code quality through code reviews.

- Continuously improve the software development process by incorporating best practices and modern

software development methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.

- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime and

ensure smooth operations.

Required Experience/Skills:

- B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field or equivalent work experience

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
• Sound familiarity with GitHub
• Exposure to aspects related to product architecture
• Has experience in architecting and building for scale
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipeline et al
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks
