Education: Any Graduation

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a team of up to 20 collection agents

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Monitor team performance and provide guidance

Handle escalations and ensure process compliance

Prepare basic MIS and reports using Excel

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of loan recovery process

Good Excel and data analysis skills

Team handling and leadership skills

Languages:

English mandatory

Any two South Indian languages mandatory

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of client projects within our services organization. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the company’s quality standards. This role involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions and business outcomes tailored to the needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:------

End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage multiple client projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, operations) to ensure effective execution of project tasks and milestones.

Scope and Change Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring scope changes are carefully managed and communicated to all stakeholders.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the project is completed within financial constraints.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and address challenges proactively to keep the project on track.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards and are aligned with the client’s requirements.

Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes. Maintain thorough project documentation for future reference.

Requirements:------

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or PMPcertification is a plus).

Overall 8+ years of experience managing technology or software development projects, preferably within a services or consulting organization.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a strong track record in managing cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:--

Experience in delivering digital transformation, cloud migrations, or application modernization projects.

Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, test planning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous manual and automated testing, while also contributing to continuous improvement in our CI/CD pipeline and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for E2E and API testing (Playwright, SoapUI, or similar).
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Perform defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply knowledge of AWS cloud-native services and Terraform to support testing in cloud-based environments.
• Write and maintain reusable test automation scripts with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Support release validation, performance checks, and production monitoring as needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong experience in test planning & execution (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Hands-on with automation testing frameworks (Playwright, SoapUI, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript with basic understanding of TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Terraform and good exposure to AWS Cloud Native services.
• Ability to integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, etc.).
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Writing clear, maintainable and testable code.

- Experience with Git

- Experience in Cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter. Prior experience developing with Flutter is a plus.

- Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter and/or for the web, is required.

- Additionally, deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps is desired.

- Expertise in Android development is preferred.

- Minimum of 2-3 years full-time mobile development experience (Android or iOS or cross-platform).

- Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android.

- Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strong zest for continuous improvement.

- E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.

- Experience launching and managing Production mobile apps.

- Experience authoring, testing, and deploying code mission-critical applications.

- Debugging mobile apps using simulators and related tooling.

- Developing and releasing complex, data-driven map based apps using Native as the primary application framework.

- Persisting data for offline-first apps using flutter Developing reusable UI Components or libraries.

- Networking and integrating third-party APIs using Flutter.

- Experience developing integrations with common APIs (e.g., Firebase, Twitter, Instagram, Stripe, Youtube, Google etc.)

- Knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms.

- Knowledge of OOPs principles.

- Working understanding of Relational NoSQL Databases

- Mindset to take up project individually.

- Experience working in an agile development process.
