Responsibilities

Position Overview:

• Drive the overall growth plan and market share objectives of the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LFRs.
• Identifying potential outlets for sales and enrolling them for Bose business.
• Driving Sell-in & Sell-out at these outlets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Parameters.
• Coordinate training for the Outlet personnel on a periodic basis on Product, sales techniques and company processes.
• Understand, communicate and drive sell-out schemes and reconciliation of the same at the outlets.
• Manage stores manning, Shop related Programme, store visibility and Lead management at store level.
• Address Customer concerns, resolve any service issue and escalations in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular surveys to obtain structured feedback on prevailing and changing market conditions and trends.
• Present regular presentations to reporting manager on Performance, achievements, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to the company's policies and procedures in letter and spirit.

• Graduate with 3-4 years of Sales Experience in Audio, CE and Mobility

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and compliance
• Measure products using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them to supervisors
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality logs, and documentation
• Ensure products comply with company standards, customer requirements, and ISO guidelines
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
