Job Details
1. Handling Enquiries
a) Review enquiry with respect to design and executions capability
b) Communicate with the customer for resolving incomplete, ambiguous and conflicting requirements.
2. Thermal design (Aspen & HTRI software)
a) Understand the customer requirement and carry out the thermal design in Aspen/HTRI
b) Selection of best design for the given parameters.
b) Carry out the preliminary mechanical design
3. Costing of equipment and calculate final price
a) Carry out the costing based on mechanical design, and customer drawing in Excel format
b) Send raw material inquiries to our supplier and get a quotation for major raw materials
4. Preparation of GA drawing in Auto cad software if required by Customer.
5. Prepare technical offer
a) Review of Customer specifications and prepare Deviation list.
b) Preparation of technical offer
c) Discuss with the customer after submitting technical offer and sort-out there queries.
6. Visit at customer office for technical discussion.
