Job Role - Social Media Executive

Experience Level - 1 year

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

● Create Campaign Strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objective

● Objective Identification and delivery via curating the best digital strategy

● Managing and Supervising Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads

● Handling social pages of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● Define the most important social media KPIs.

● In-depth knowledge of paid marketing and daily implementation, reporting, and running of paid marketing on all social platforms.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics

● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and updates

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing or has relevant writing capability.

● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

● Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network via social media.

● Provide constructive feedback to the team and train them to achieve desired results.

Strong UX Researcher Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ YOE hands-on UX Research / User Research for B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Should have hands-on experience in User Research, Persona's, User Stories, Work-Flows, and Usability Testing

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have worked on both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Portfolio showcasing UX Research works for Good B2C Apps / Website / Product Companies

Mandatory (CTC) - The CTC breakup offered will be 80% fixed, and 20% variable, as per Company policy.

Strong Azure DevOps Engineer Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer with strong exposure to Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience in designing and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, including end-to-end automation of build, test, and deployment workflows.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have working knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database

Desired Candidate profile

● Architect and build scalable front-end web solutions using JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS and other fundamental web technologies. 
● Build reusable code and libraries using iterative development practices for future use

● Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop. 
● Implement monitoring, metric dashboards, runbooks, logging, escalations, and alerts.

● Drive code and design reviews of components / systems / products in scope and drive the architectural governance for them. 
● Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping code bases up to date 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

● A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field) from reputed institutes 
● 4+ years of development experience in modern web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), frameworks (React, Backbone.js, AngularJS, , etc) 
● Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion 
● Prior hands-on experience in building responsive web interfaces at scale for consumers in a product engineering setup 
● Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system 
● Excellent problem solving, debugging and optimization skills 
● Strong knowledge of browser behavior, performance, compatibility and cross-browser issues 
● Good understanding of REST API

Job Requirements-
