Brief : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. You will work with qualified leads to convert them into long-term clients while building lasting relationships that contribute to our company's success.

Market : Our prospects include small sized service organisations (under 100 employees)

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Execution

• Lead product demonstrations and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
• Position our products/services effectively based on client requirements and business objectives
• Develop and present customized proposals that address specific client challenges
• Drive the sales process from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closure

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover
• Facilitate introductory meetings between new clients and internal teams for seamless transitions

Strategic Sales Planning

• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with regular updates
• Provide leadership with insights on sales trends and market opportunities
• Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities and maintain data integrity
• Forecast sales performance and identify strategies to achieve targets

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions with key stakeholders
• Structure deals that align with both client needs and company objectives
• Ensure timely contract execution and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth implementation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HRTech Industry
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing SMB/SME-level sales cycles
• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and solution-based selling
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly
• Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate win-win outcomes while protecting company interests
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot preferred) and sales automation tools
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and market trends to identify opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of orgn in key partner institutes
• Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute
• Define custom made' offerings for the parents of a particular institute
• Single point of contact between the org institute partnerships team, institute management and org inside sales team
• Be responsible for anything and everything' in the partner institutes
• Be responsible for parent outreach in the institutes
• Strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition along with the management - events, referrals etc.

Requirements:

• Degree from top tier colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS etc. ) and 2-6 years of experience in project management, product development, growth, new initiatives at top startups

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive UI/UX components using React.js.
• Work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to create high-quality user experiences.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centric designs for mobile applications and gaming products in the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have experience designing addictive gaming products that engage users while remaining intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, the candidate should have an understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial products.

Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and products in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, with a focus on mobile applications and gaming products.

Conduct user research, and user testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure a consistent user experience across all mobile products and features.

Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and that the user experience is optimized for performance and usability on mobile devices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the product to the target audience on mobile devices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our mobile and gaming products are competitive and innovative.

Ensure that designs comply with regulatory requirements related to financial products on mobile devices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the Fintech and gaming industries.
