About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Manager with experience in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Gather and prioritize business, customer, and market requirements.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and product roadmaps.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics.
- Coordinate Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality.
- Continuously improve user experience based on customer feedback and data.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience in a FinTech company.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, lending, banking, wallets, UPI, or financial products.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write PRDs, BRDs, and user stories.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of APIs and product analytics is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C FinTech products.
