Full Stack Developer Internship – (Remote)

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month | Duration: 3 months

We’re building Pitchline - a voice based conversational sales AI agent, an ambitious AI-powered web app aimed at solving meaningful problems in the B2B space. It’s currently in MVP stage and has strong early demand. I’m looking for a hands-on an Full Stack Developer Intern who can work closely with me to bring this to life.

You’ll be one of the first people to touch the codebase — shaping the foundation and solving problems across AI integration, backend APIs, and a bit of frontend work.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain backend APIs (Python)
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone/Weaviate etc.) for core workflows
• Design DB schemas and manage basic infra (Postgres)
• Support frontend development (basic UI integration in React or similar)
• Rapidly iterate on product ideas and ship working features
• Collaborate closely with me (Founder) to shape the MVP

What we're looking for

• Curiosity to learn new things. You don’t wait for someone to unblock you and take full ownership and get things done by yourself.
• Strong foundation in backend development
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and deploying backend services
• Curious about or experienced in AI/LLM tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, etc.
• Comfortable working with version control and basic dev workflows
• Worked on real projects or shipped anything end-to-end (Even if it is a personal project)

Python server development using Django, Flask, or other python frameworks.

Experience working with and building RESTful APIs.

Ability to write unit-tested and maintainable code.

Expertise in cloud platforms (preferable AWS: both traditional EC2 and serverless Lambda), micro-services architecture.

Experience with API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT, etc.

Understanding of caching strategies and implementation (Redis, Memcache, etc.)

Key Skills Expected:

• C# ASP.NET, MVC, Razor Syntax
• .NET Core, WebAPI
• MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• HTML / CSS / Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (at least one resource should know Angular)
• Microsoft Azure / AWS (would be a big advantage)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing and leading a team of IT professionals.

Strong technical background in one or more IT domains, such as software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, or data management.

In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Full Stack Developer to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, JavaScript and its related technologies, as well as a passion for developing efficient and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications using Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Analyze business requirements and develop software solutions to meet those needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Test software solutions to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the software
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Python development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in developing applications using Python, Django, DRF or FastAPI.
• At least 2 years of experience in using front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Jquery, React or Vue.js
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
