Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

Job Description

Phonologies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead data engineering efforts for developing and deploying generative AI and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will excel in building data pipelines, fine-tuning models, and optimizing infrastructure to support scalable AI systems for enterprise applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Management: Design and manage pipelines for AI model training, ensuring efficient data ingestion, storage, and transformation for real-time deployment.
• LLM Fine-Tuning & Model Lifecycle: Fine-tune LLMs on domain-specific data, and oversee the model lifecycle using tools like MLFlow and Weights & Biases.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Optimize infrastructure for large-scale data processing and real-time LLM performance, leveraging containerization and orchestration in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance, with workflows for handling sensitive and proprietary datasets.
• Continuous Improvement & MLOps: Apply MLOps/LLMOps practices for automation, versioning, and lifecycle management, while refining tools and processes for scalability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions and communicate technical capabilities to business stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in data engineering, focusing on AI/ML infrastructure, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data tools.
• Model Management: Hands-on experience with MLFlow, Weights & Biases, and model lifecycle management.
• AI & NLP Expertise: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and NLP frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong skills with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• MLOps/LLMOps: Expertise in versioning, CI/CD, and automating AI workflows.
• Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationship end to end and maintain ongoing conversation with the clients for continuous feedback
• Establish processes for reducing integration timelines and increasing transparency
• Maintain an advisory role in helping customers get more value from Xpresslane products
• Upsell and cross-sell new product features/products from Xpresslane
• Collaborate with all departments in identifying right solution for customer concerns
• Track the customer conversion metrics
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Bonus - experience working with eCommerce sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across functions in and outside the company
• Self-starter and multi-tasker
